All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars, and are subject to availability and applicable tax
All rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change without notice. There is a $75.00 per day fee for an additional roll away bed.
NO PETS ARE PERMITTED AT ANY TIME.
Payment in full is required on making the reservation.
There will be a rebooking cancellation fee of ten percent (10%) of the total room charge for the reservations canceled, in writing, at least 30 days prior to the planned arrival date.
No refund, credits, or changes will be issued after 30 days prior to the planned arrival dates.
Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th and Labor Day Weekends are a four (4) night minimum stay at the Peak Season weekend rate.
The Inn is a non smoking establishment. It a room is found to have been smoked in, the guest will be charged an additional night fee for the cost of returning the room to a non smoking status.
