Directions from New York City

1. Take the Long Island Expressway, Route 495 East, to Exit 70 Manorville Road.
2. Make right turn as you exit, and stay on Manorville Road to Route 27 East.
3. Follow the signs for Route 27 East. You will go past Southampton, through Watermill, Bridgehampton, and Wainscott before coming into East Hampton.
4. Look for the East Hampton Airport sign, we are approximatel 1/4 of a mile up on the left side.
5. The number 108 and guest house is at the entrance and we are next door to the restaurant Nichol’s.

Directions from New Jersey (and points south)

1. Take the New Jersey Turnpike North to the Outer Bridge Crossing (Exit 10).
2. Follow Route 440 to Route 278.
3. Take Route 278 to the Verrazano Narrows Bridge.
4. Before exiting bridge, look for Belt Parkway Exit on your left.
5. Take Belt Parkway East to Southern State Parkway East.
6. Take Southern State Parkway East and follow signs for Route 27 East. You will pass Southampton, Watermill, Bridgehampton, and Wainscott before coming into East Hampton.
7. Look for the East Hampton Airport sign, we are approximatel 1/4 of a mile up on the left side.
8. The number 108 and guest house is at the entrance and we are next door to the restaurant Nichol’s.

Directions from New England (via New London/Orient Point ferry)

1. From Orient Point, take Route 25 West to the Greenport ferry to Shelter Island.
2. Take Route 114 South across Shelter Island to the South Ferry to North Haven.
3. Continue on Route 114 South to East Hampton Village.
4. Make a right when you reach the end or Main Street, which is also Route 27.
5. At the light make a right going west and we are approimately 1/4 mile on the right side, just west of Nichol’s restaurant.

Directions from LaGuardia airport

1. Take the Grand Central Parkway East or South to the Long Island Expressway (Route 495 East).
2. Continue on the Long Island Expressway East to Exit 70 (Manorville Road).

1. Exiting from Islip airport, make a left turn onto Veteran's Memorial Highway (Route 454 East).
2. Continue on this road to Route 27 East. You will pass Southampton, Watermill, Bridgehampton, and Wainscott before coming into East Hampton.
3. Look for the East Hampton Airport sign, we are approximatel 1/4 of a mile up on the left side.
